If there is something wrong with the product/service you bought, or if you are not satisfy with it, you have 30days to issue a refund and return your product/service.
If you would like to return a product for refund, kindly follow the below guidelines:
Non eligible returns:
We do not accept returns if the product delivered to the customer is of the same color & size as ordered by the customer and was delivered in good condition.
Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In case of any error from our end, HTTFashion will bear the mailing charges on the returned item. In all other cases it will be the responsibility of the customer to bear the mailing charges including any custom duty incurred.
The refund will be processed once you are approved for a refund. A credit will automatically be applied to customer’s credit card or to the original method of payment. Our support team will notify you once the refund has been processed.
Please allow 3 to 4 business days for the refund to get posted to your account once the refund is initiated. If you have not received the refund yet, check with your bank account or your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
